And in my head i thought "this sounds like something by the script, but its not danny singing" so i went home and looked it up and just like i thought it was written by the script. Thats how you know a band is unique. You could recognize their style anywhere. :)

Apr 19, 2012 - They aren't both covers. Danny O'Donoghue(Lead singer of The Script) and Mark Sheehan (guitarist) wrote this song originally and it first came out on their self-titled album as a bonus track back in 2008. The Script's version is the ORIGINAL. Kris Allen's version is the cover. He just karaoked it and sold it as his own. He barely gives mention to the fact that The Script wrote it, not him. That's why there's a lot of fighting, if you were wondering. But personally, no one sings like Danny :)
