Aug 3, 2011 - Did you make sure to put the fields you added in the message body as well so that they show up in the email? For example, you would put this in the form for a dropdown menu: [select menu-638] And then this would go in the message body where you want that field to show up in the email you get: [menu-638] Hope that helps, Justin

Dec 6, 2010 - Yeah usually the theme CSS will control how the fields display. You can try searching through the style.css file and see if there is any styling related to forms or input boxes. Hope that helps...
