May 16, 2012 - Ms.Warren made some rathe embarrassing mistatements and claims that prove to be false. 1st and most obvious is the percentage of people filing bankruptcy that had medical issues is way off. The very documentable fact is that less than 12% of all bankruptcies filed had any medical issue tied to it at all. That is an Obama administration statistic! On the other hand 72% of all bankruptcies filed the someone had purchase a new automobile costing over $30K less than 26 months prior to filing!

May 6, 2012 - "Elizabeth Warren's "high cheekbones" fraud draws back the curtain look into the gears and levers of our national race industry. The real story is not that the multimillionaire liberal (and one-percenter) Warren fabricated a Cherokee identity for over a decade (to the delight of her quota-thirsty universities), but rather the notion that if a pink blond at Harvard can get away with faking a career-enhancing minority identity, then anyone, anywhere, can—or rather often has." --Victor Davis Hanson

May 1, 2012 - Thats why the workers get a paycheck and the CEO gets equity. If the worker doesn't want the guaranteed paycheck, then they should start their own company and take some risk. They know the terms of their employment and they have a choice. Supply and Demand 6 billion people in the world can be a worker, 1000 people in the world can be a CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Silica is pennies a pound, Gold is thousands an ounce, supply and demand.

Apr 19, 2012 - ...But the CEO is getting paid 300 times what the union worker is getting paid. And it's the labor of the union worker that brings the profits into the company in the first place. The profits on which the CEOs pay is based...............

Apr 16, 2012 - Our insurance coverage at work states an insurance doctor must approve the coverage, or there is no coverage. What are the odds a doctor on the insurance company's payroll will ok spending their money vs denying the coverage or the treatment or the therapy or the medicine? Scary.

Apr 14, 2012 - Professor Who?
ApocDevTeam Says:
Apr 11, 2012 - a private company CEO gets his wealth because people voluntarily give their money in return for a product and/or service a union worker gets his money by lobbying for a state monopoly to forceably take wealth from private sector workers to pay for his own salary regardless of the quality of his/her performance. i think i like the CEO a lot more than the union worker.

Apr 6, 2012 - Anyone who thinks that Europe has a better healthcare system is dead wrong. I've lived in England. It takes MONTHS to get any procedure done! People have DIED waiting for service because everyone has a blank check to get whatever they want done. Even things like massages....think about it, if the government said, hey, I'll pay for however many massages and spa treatments you want because of a "muscle condition", you'd probably take advantage of it! But what if you had to pay 40 bucks a massagE?

TheYoungTurdz Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - I alreayd told you that we need to rethink the entire education system and do more than think outside the box!!! If we do that, we can pay teachers more, and we can expect results without tenure. If they are failing, they are out of a job. There is some truth to: those who can't teach. We may want to make being a teacher something that you do after you actaully do SOMETHING well in the real world. Never leaving academia is part of the problem.
dangerouslytalented Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - Take a look at a teachers actual take home pay. They traded their take home pay for things like job security and pensions and healthcare. These are the only things that are allowing teachers to actually have these jobs. Otherwise, they would not even bother, they would go into some other industry that actually paid.
TheYoungTurdz Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - A politician and a union boss thug sitting across the table "negotiating" with our tax dollars, today or 50 years ago is unholy. The money is NOT going to students and todays teachers don't even want to contribute to their own retirement funds or HC benes, unlike the taxpayers who pay their salaries do! It is time to do more than think outside of the box, it is time to recreate the box and and that starts with getting rid of the public unions.
dangerouslytalented Says:
Jan 29, 2012 - You will find that many of the legacy costs are there because of cost cutting 50 years ago, where they put forward a lot of the costs because they would not raise taxes a tiny amount to pay for budget shortfalls. So they made a deal, you take this pay cut and we will put more money to your pensions
