Dec 30, 2011 - ive had this phone for like 2 years now. dropped it a million times. all the chrome trim paint has chipped off and the plastic case is splitting. the screen has a crack in it but the touchscreeen still works absolutley perfect. its never froze or crahsed once. the keyboard is great. all the battle damage and character is great. this is a fantastic phone for its class.

Nov 7, 2011 - This phone used to need a data plan but it doesnt anymore because Verizon changed their policy. It used to be that any touchscreen phone required a data plan but they changed it so now only smartphones need the data plan (droids, blackberries etc.) So this phone can be activated without having to pay the $10 data plan =)

Mandatory 30.00/month data for basically every phone except old 90s style flip phones. Plus, no more "new every two" which was a $50/$100 discount for a new phone when your contract was up. Miss the old verizon :(
